Sally is the Principal Osteopath at Frome osteopathic Clinic having graduated from the London School of osteopathy. Previously she studied Biomechanics and physiology with a specialism in Sports medicine. As a keen sports woman, she has in her past represented GB and enjoys a range of activities from sky diving, skiing and tennis to name a few.
Sally is registered with the General Osteopathic Council and is a member of the Institute of Osteopathy. She is also a fully ITEC qualified sports massage therapist. Her experience to date has seen her treat people from all walks of life and professions, from top Olympic athletes to military soldiers, babies and pregnant mum’s to be.
Sally has completed a master’s diploma in NAT techniques for frozen shoulder and has treated many patients over the years very successfully. Sally also specialises in TMJ (temporal mandibular joint problems, and for many patients their chronic pain is eliminated.
Sally spent a year a year working within the specialist baby and mother clinic at the LSO and currently treats many babies and mums to be. She completed an in-depth thesis exploring the benefits and use of osteopathy for patients diagnosed with multiple sclerosis.
Sally now integrates traditional osteopathic techniques with a whole-body approach to movement assessment, treatment, rehabilitation and long-term health.
